Responsible for the development, implementation, administration, reporting and analyzing of all types of assessments as assigned.
Working as part of the academic/technical team the analyst will ensure that the online and/or written and performance assessments are developed and maintained as per SPSP policy for English, Math or Technical.
This role may incur travel throughout the Kingdom.
Functional Duties:
1. Ensure that all assessments are completed on time and generated as per AU P&P.
2. Coordinating and assisting Academic Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the assessment development process if required.
3. Develop written and performance assessments in your field of expertise and work with the relevant Technical Subject matter Experts (SME) in the assessment development process.
4. Complete the analysis of all assessments and provide feedback and recommendations.
5. Maintain the records of all the assessments.
6. Develop periodic statistical reports.
7. If required, take on Mentor responsibilities.
8. If required, assist with QA Audits.
9. If required, assist with policy reviews and development.
10. Investigate ways of continually improving the operation of the unit.
11. Be a proactive member of the AU Team.
12. Uphold the SPSP Quality Policy.
13. Any other duties as reasonably required by SPSP Management.
14. Perform other duties as required (this may include travel to complete tasks inside KSA).
15. Maintain quality of work.
16. Maintain the privacy & confidentiality of AU work.
