As a UPS Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems, chargers, inverters, and related power electronics equipment. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical/electronics systems and the ability to interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of UPS systems, chargers, inverters, and associated equipment.
Perform repairs and troubleshooting of UPS systems and related components, ensuring minimal downtime.
Interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to diagnose effectively and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with service manager to prioritize and manage repair tasks, ensuring timely completion.
Monitor pending repairs and follow up to ensure they are addressed within the committed timeframe.
Prepare and submit daily reports to the service manager, detailing completed tasks, ongoing projects, and any issues encountered.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance and repair activities.
Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as needed.
Requirements
ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UPS or Power Electronics industry.
Proficiency in handling UPS systems, battery chargers, telecom rectifiers, battery systems, and automatic power factor correction panels.
Strong understanding of electrical/electronic principles and components.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Salary range: 2,000.00 to 3,000.00 Saudi Riyals per month (Based on experience).
