Wholesale Supervisor
Our client is a leading provider of innovative bathroom solutions in the Middle East. With a legacy of excellence spanning over many years, they specialize in delivering high-quality, stylish, and sustainable bathroom products for residential and commercial use. We are currently working with them to hire a Wholesale Supervisor - Wholesale Channel Partner BDM to help them grow sales of their range of highquality bathroom / sanitary ware products to clients in the Construction + Homeware industries in the KSA market.
With an established presence across GCC region they are currently expanding their operations in KSA & the Wholesale Supervisor - Wholesale Channel Partner plays a critical role in business development within the Wholesale channels. Key responsibilities include:
• Driving business growth and market engagement through intensive field presence.
• Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maximizing sales and margin while maintaining the company's profile in the territory.
• Embracing team spirit and taking on responsibilities and challenges, particularly with a focus on Distributor relationships.
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate a similar background of Sales activities for the Construction / Building Materials / Plumbing & Sanitary / Kitchen Wares / Homewares / Furnishings industries, ideally in KSA market.
In this role you will work closely with the dealers/partners and support them in all the technical and commercials requests, create Key Account data base (Consultants, ID’s, Architects & developers) with monthly monitoring and share the details with the Pre-Sales team. Focusing on the Hospitality / Commercial / Residential / Healthcare / Government / Education segments to identify new Sales Leads / Opportunities within Channels and suggest actions to convert Leads to Sales. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with the dealers/partners and support in all the technical and commercials requests.
• Wholesale Channels, Sales & business development
• Weekly / monthly and quarterly monitor Annual Target achievement.
• Attend needed Internal Sales calls or meetings and actively participate.
• Ensure a steady corporate reporting system is followed at all times.
• Make recommendations towards facilitating a more sustainable progress within the set sales strategy in order to maximize coverage, sales and increase market share.
• Create Key Account data base (Consultants, ID’s, Architects & developers) with monthly monitoring and share the details with the Pre-Sales team.
• Act proactively with high level of credibility and responsibility towards management reporting.
• Follow Market Segmentation based on the following Wholesale Channels: o Hospitality / Commercial / Residential / Healthcare / Government / Education.
• Identify new opportunities within channels and suggest actions. CRM Monitoring and data base input Targets:
• Daily / weekly input and monitoring of CRM database.
• Accurate and complete information for all Wholesale.
• Interlink all Wholesale with Key Account Management.
• Continuous follow up on pending actions until a Wholesale is closed.
• Provide timely feedback on current market situation and sales outlook.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing.
• 3 – 5 years of Building Materials Wholesale sales experience in the assigned area.
• Understanding of local trade and market demands is important.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• The ability to engage in effective English language; verbal and written communication skills. Arabic language is a plus.
