If you are provided a large product to perform software testing then how are you going to manage with small team?

I would first analysis the individual group members and their specialties they can contribute for the project testing. If the small team is termed less than 50 members than I would be allocation different modules of the software test to different members based on opportunity cost. Each sub group or members can perform a specialized operation and add to the main objective/goals. I would be creating a time management and management flow chart to assign and rotate the staffs to increase efficiency.
