Normally all banks and financial institutions (service sector) have separate credit control department.

Credit Control Deptment:

• Meet the bank  to discuss the overall situation,
• Help bank  to write a realistic budget.
• Assist the bank  in getting back on track with repayments
• Meet with the credit control committee on it's behalf and arrange a Change of Agreement, if necessary .
• And  do not charge the members a fee for this service!
