Can you please name leader's main talent which he uses in motivational speech?

A leader's main talent should be measured by his ability to gain trust and respect from his team members by always being ready to share his knowledge and experience during problem solving.

His experience, Ability to relate to the given situation, confidence.

The ability to connect with the team. Once you can connect and create a link between real life situations at hand and how can one cultivate motivation to do the best is what matters.

You must connect with others when doing a motivational speech.

Leaders talent is to live for his team, care for his team, be concerned for good and bad of his team, when u live for your team they will die for leader. Leader is always alone because rest are his followers, he is in front because rest are in back.

Make your intentions clear and be understood and let the team know that they are part of the organization

I can see three talents that can be used in motivational speech:

 

• Emotional Intelligence: A leader must know how to attract the audience, keep them focused on this speech even in the crowd. S/He can apply humorous/ interesting stories while giving speech, some cases just using a common sense makes a big difference.
• Understanding Empathy: A leader must be able to see his speech from audience point of view so that he can deliver right kinds of speech in front of right audience. For example: the audience gathered in a fun festival will not be interested to hear serious issues. Choosing right subject for right audience can make the dialogue lively.
• Being Charismatic: A leader must be visionary, leaders are the extra ordinary people among us who can show us the longer vision and transfer that dream to the audience. 

from my opinion, the most important talent a leader needs to motivate, is making critical decisions under pressure.
