Pay good attention to details, use soft skills and communication well, nobody knows everything so don't hesitate to ask or seek help if you don't know, stay the course and be patient, .............

Know what is on the drawings very well, but also how to make what is on the drawings.

For structures of concrete, make sure you know the regulations of concrete , rebar , pouring concrete well. Don't let them overrule you with so called false experiences or what you always hear: I have done that for20 years! maybe he did it wrong for20 years, but you have to be sure based on knowledge and experience

read and study a lot before any decision
