Unfortunately, stress has really become a part of our lives. I think people used to live a little calmer when the rhythm of life was slower. I deal with stress by smoking cannabis. I can tell you for sure that if you're feeling stressed constantly, then it's the wrong job for you. I used to work in a place where I was anxious almost all the time, and I thought that the salary was worth it. But to be honest, I still regret it.
