Well, every project needs an idea, the idea grows to a plan and the plan to a project. Therefore you should know exactly what you want, you need to analyse the market, time plan, investment budget, people to realize the project and a lot others, but to know exactly what to want to achieve is the most important thing. New project starts with an idea, idea is then filtered further by brainstorming. After brainstorming, ground level research about the project such as, surveys, competitive researches, gap analysis is done to refine the idea further and able to make the idea workable as project. Once the content of the project is ready, you need to start selecting resources and estimating average costing of the project. This all would be suffice to start a project.
