The following activities may solve this problem:

 1)   Inform to own country foreign ministry to liaison with the related country.

2)   Inform to law and enforcement organization to take action

3)   Appointing of informer at the possible points and take precautions when needed.

4)   Arranging the alternate transit point and transportation system, if needed.

Serach or another way.. or simply insure your shipments.

and If it worth and can be done, open a new facility in the place you are exporting to.
