How can I start a great career?

First you Must be working in order to practice in your filed , Then you MUST always update yourself by any way you can make it depends on you ( Through studying / E-Learning / Reading / Searching on Net / etc.. ) in order to be Uniquie in your field and not doing your Job as a noraml routine work but even so try to make add value as well by thinkng new idea in your field also.
