From thousands and thousands of job application an Employer receives, they only choose the best candidates, who always happened to have the right amount of qualification and experience they are looking for; and are ready to join with the salary they offers.
How can we blame them for not selecting someone from the bottom of the list? Besides they are businessmen, and not social worker or politicians.
Ps: Fresh out of College, I started my career as a trainee with the lowest possible salary at the time; the only aim for me was to get a job, learn the trade and put myself ahead of the game.
