Can you give an example of a successful leader and a good manager?

succesful leader is who give order but also listen the employs and a good manager is who manage best the other staff according the leader order

Successful leader is the one who has the ability to guide followers toward goal.

Successful manager is the one who makes the followers achieve this goal.

Leaders and managers can vary as a leader is focused on including and encouraging their employees and a manager is focused on directing and quality assurance of the employees' output. I have been fortunate to have worked under both good leaders and good managers and have to state that both have their places in a business environment depending on the overall strategy of the business stakeholders.

Successful Leader, who leads the group or a teamwork informally on the strength of his group or teamwork acceptance.

Whereas, the good manager who manages on the strength of the formal authority associated or delegated to him from his own position. 

 

I asked example of them not defination or traits. E.g. Barak Obama is a successful leader, While Steve Jobs is example of a good manager.

A successful leader is one who Lead with the art of leading others to deliberately create a result that wouldn't have happened otherwise.

A good manager is someone who inspires employees to perform optimally out of respect, not out of obligation. Good managers typically demonstrate a high degree of empathy and consideration for employees, but they balance these qualities with discipline and communication skills to meet deadlines.

He guide his team not ordering them. He defend them against everything.

In the field of warehousing and logistics, you can term a manager who has tasks to achieve and in turn a leader is the role he plays to achieve the tasks.

To gain acceptance as a leader, it's very important to have decision making capacities, wide knowledge about his portfolio and to know his subordinate capabilities so that the best can be brought forth from each.
