It ie essential for fresh graduates to have a clear vision ahead of them: knowing their career path, having a set timeline of objectives and goals for the time moving forward. When you know what you are aiming for, most often than not is that you will be able to set out a brain map of your action plan. This action plan shall set the stage on what you wish to accomplish in the near future as well as give you a broader milestone plan for the next 10-20 years of your career.
In order to land a first job, I suggest volunteering. Volunteering allows fresh graduates to have a taste of 'real hands-on experience'. Most often than not, employers who look for potential applicants with experience, consider non-paying charitable and volunteering initiatives. This provide a behavioral insight on the applicant, his/her dedication, work ethics, commitment, loyalty and motivation.
Thank you for invitation. I agree with experts answer & I looking forward new experts answer.
They should first set their goals, know what they want to acquire,
and estimate the value of their time based on their knowledge/company`s requirements.
I like the answer of Mr. Obaid here.
I agree with the answer of our specialists here.....................

Three things:1) Decide in which company you want to work for and find out who are they using to outsource manpower for new projects. Contact the subcontractor and ask them to hire you for a reasonable ((low)) salary; next, jump on the wagon and test the company before they test you. If you ever dislike them, you may struggle to get a fine recommendation to help you find the next job.
2. Search in the field of the company that you want to work for, and look for new technologies in their area of expertise. Next, prepare or download a template of an excellent proposal offering to implement the new technology by signing a short term contract. After the completion of the project on time and under budget, you will be hired automatically.
3. Look for any thing that can be enhanced or improved in the company you want to work for, and develop a super profile to the suggested solution to the current problem. (use the resources in the net.).
If the HR head notices your resume, and read your thoughts in suggesting improvement to the company, then you are hired. To make this valuable advice sweet and short, do not beg them for a job, but have them beg you to work for them.
This is the trick.
Thanks for invitation,
I do believe that they have start build their own skills via:
1- Some "Soft Skills" training courses.
2- Computer Training courses.
3- Foreign Languages.
Thanks for invitation. A very good question indeed.
Aspiring fresh graduates shall enter as "INTERN" in big Corporates, MNCs or in big NGOs and learn the basics of business.
Normally, Internship is for 3 to 6 months and without any salary or financial incentives and without any commitment from the organization for regular employment. However, Internship opens up the opportunity of the aspiring candidates for building reputation and networking and ultimately leads to a decent career path.
Thanks
They have to have
