In Administration Department, there are multiple numbers of Unit Section that required to be looked after. Such as Contracts Section, the Purchase Section, the Logistics Section, the Mail Section and the Maintenance Section. We are concerned more if each unit are performing well according to their duties and responsibilities. To insure there is enough budgets, their inventories, their stocks of supplies and the daily petty cash, all these issues are managed by the office administration.

The Administration is the mediator or central coordinating body in an organization, a mediator between other departments and the management to handle and meet their daily office requirements.

The Administration looked after the daily accounts of the office. They will look after all the visitors that come to the office. They even have to look after the suggestion box that is present in most offices. They even have to implement the reasonable suggestions made by the employees.
