When do you get most pleasure in your job?

When i get comment and feedback from other in my work.

1- When I successfully complete a complicated assignment that others thought it is not possible to be completed with such efficiency and deliverables.
2- When I help others to be more satisfied and comfortable in their job.
3- When I get the return of my efforts; either praise, increment or promotion.

Just being there, achieving , working hard and building up steps to reach where i want to reach!

when I get to the prestige of the organization be because of my success......
when I feel like Job satisfaction......
when the organization succeed and I am the cause of their success......
whenever I promoted the career paths.......

When I can leave the work behind me for two whole days and enjoy personal time to do errands, call friends, and enjoy my tea (Russian style) in a quiet room

when i do good some thing good for my company

Below is the list that makes me happy in my job.
1) When my team receive the best team award 2) I am able to provide the growth to sub-ordinates 3) Creating the best job environment 4) Making our customer happy and bringing additional benefits to the customer table.
5) Any project that can provide business impact directly on the bottom line.

When you feel that everything went smooth after you leave (ie happy customers, happy co-workers, happy ending)

When i see my students going on stage getting their diplomas then proudly introduce me to their parents as their teacher and saying "thank you sir!" that for me is a real pleasure in my job.

Being a sales professional, I experience greatest joy in over achieving my sales target.
That aside, I find pleasure in my job - when I can help out a team member, when a new process/idea that I implemented proves successful, and hearing a positive feedback from my client, manager, peer.

it is very important to get the fruits of your labour throuh the success of your learners,their success is my success.
