We were saying that behind the success of any man is woman.so do u think that behind every success IN WORK is wasta as we call it in the Arabic world?

i belive that behind every success in work is excellence and smart work.not wasta, wasta will get you in the door and get you the job,but your performance and accomplishments determine if you will stay at the job or get fired because of uneffecient work.

Now a days it is not WHAT you know,,,it is WHO you know,,,,,,

This sentence doesn't  apply upon the work.

Behind every failure is a wasta. You may get the job because of it but it won't help you succeed.

I think its WASTA in GCC or reference in our culture is quite obvious but for TALENT their is no such tool is required. Talent makes its own way and once spotted then there is no way looking back. So go for the talent craft yourself as resoureful person.

If donors planning to help ,the Jobs remains on the hands of the concerned Ministry

all the selection on politics ethnicity  rather than the merits  

The first should stands for Mother she brought u to this world and second stands for correption and i think both cannot be related.

wasta is everywhere not only in Arab world but the difference between  Arab and others is the qulaification , if you are qulaified and you have wasta no problem because you are fit to job , as you know  the problem in the public sector was the qulification but in private sector  no investor spends his money on none qulaified emplyee unless he gets something in return.

Not all people succeeds because of women, others do without. Adam failed to obey God's forbids because of a woman,he did not succeed.
