You have a team of7-8 resources and most of them are completely blind when it comes to their personal goals and objectives. They have a wish list but not an agenda or action plan. I need to provide them some reading material that can help to increase their personal growth.

The two books that helped me reflect on my professional behaviour and become more effective at work and in life are:1.7 Habits of Highly Effective People2.
The8th Habit (from effectiveness to greatness) by Stephen.

Covey It also helped develop rapport in my team and by sharing of personal examples I helped/coached my team members to become more effective also
