About improving our professional world, I don't see that any of us can do so on his own. We can ensure that throgh adopting a system to agree on strategies and plans to achieve that and effectively cooperate to achieve these goals. Every one can particiapte in achieving this individually by helping others as much as he/she can towards imroving our professsional world.
