while out bound all cargo Export  

IN BOUND = IMPORT

OUT BOUND = EXPORT

Bill of lading/Airway bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and some times Certificate of Origin.

• Inbound delivery: when material is coming in the plant/warehouse.

   

  outbound delivery: when material is going out from plant/warehouse.

export shipment = outbound shipment

import shipment = inbound shipment

Inbound shipment requirements are packing list/ commercial invoice and bill/airwaybill for customs clearance.

Outbond shipment are proforma booking/ packing list / comm. invoice and get the copy of bill of lading/airwaybill upon departure of the cargo.
