Which country is most advanced at the HVAC industry in the Middle East?

In Middle East UAE is the leading one and now Qatar is also making good progress.

To my knowledge UAE is leading in the HVAC Industry.
Most of the latest technologies could be found here especially in Dubai with many modern buildings.
District Cooling is one of the biggest Industries deployed over here.

As all the Middle East HVAC industry are based on imported equipment and even design and selection software, I think the question will be better if it is about the HVAC system types' and the top manufactures of each type.
