What do you find missing in your job/company? what if available will make you perform better in your position?

I feel we do general things more and focus on something particular is missing , we want to spread our hands to grab each and everything but in this activity we are loosing which we need as we are busy grabing too many things which our company may not need. So focus would be something which we require so i am surely missing it. 

I want to change where i have set goals and i want to achieve putting my efforts with happiness and believe me it will surely work.

There is a lot of things missing like career path (there is no space to grow), salary is too low, static not dynamic environment even though the job is supposed to be dynamic, professionalism, no specific goal to achieve and most of the things are vague 

What question can understand what you want ............ Dear liquid Aémna the number of missing and Aaaather high as long as my fist in my hands to be followed if the work of the majority of non-Fidelity missing in action

Valuable time and satisfaction  is missing.
