How to make employees adopt firm's goals ?

There are two ways :-

First :- by forcing them ?

Who will not adopt this goals will be out and hiring a fresh employees .

Second by explain how this goals will affect in company growth and their future too.

however you should now that performance reflect leadership, so I prefer the second method.

Yes Mr Lotfy is right i totally agreed with him but as an top level management set goals they have to set rewards too along with the goals so that employes interest remain and firm has to adjust there goals and rewards accordingly.
