What’s The Difference Between a Boss and a Manager?.

Leaders are people who makes the ladder and put on the wall. Managers are people who lades on the ladder together with their staffs. The ladder is plan or target.

A boss commands and controls.A manager organizes and administers.

Key Difference: Leaders are people that are responsible for inspiring, guiding and leading a group of people on a path for a common cause. A boss is a person who is in charge of the work place.

• Boss always drives his sub-ordinates. Manager (leader) trains/coaches his Jr. colleagues (Never call sub-ordinates).
• B - depends on authority. M- on Goodwill.
• B- Inspires fear. M- Generates enthusiasm.
• B- says "I"  M- says "we".
• B- uses people . M- develops people.
