Job Title: Quality Auditor Report to: Quality Supervisor Location: Tunis Overview of Role:
We are currently looking for a Quality Auditor to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs, identifying mistakes or non-compliance issues.
As a Quality Auditor you will have a highly analytical mind with strong focus on attention to details.
What you will do:
- Understanding QA standards and methodologies to ensure adherence throughout the production process.
- Performing routine inspections and quality checks to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Ensuring Artwork meets customer’s requirements and Graphic details are clear of any discrepancies.
- Accurately recording errors and tracking them through our data management systems.
- Investigating reports of product quality issues and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address them.
- Reporting issues to line managers or supervisors promptly for swift resolution.
- Ensuring that the company’s quality assurance standards are consistently met.
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports, dashboards, and charts summarizing QA activities.
- Providing valuable recommendations and suggestions for continuous improvement in QA processes.
- Addressing and discussing quality assurance matters and proposed solutions with Supervisors.
- Creating training materials, standard operating procedures (SOP’s), and guidelines to uphold quality standards.
- Working towards achieving departmental objectives and goals.
Requirements and Skills:
- Fluent in English, and proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.
- Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with stakeholders.
- A keen eye for details and Visual Communication Skills
- Prior experience in Quality Control or Inspection role is preferred.
- Experience with Quality Assurance Techniques e.g.: Lean six sigma is an advantage.
- Team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Graphic Design Skills is an advantage.
