Partner Enablement Manager - Role Summary
You
will be responsible for enabling our partners to acquire customers into their
ESG Services or referral Programmes. You will work closely with other members
of the team and our partners to ensure that our company’s goals of 1500
customers are acquired through the programme by the end of March 25.
As
a senior member of the team a proactive and creative approach with our partners
is expected to assist them in driving customer on-boarding. Regular scheduled
on-site meetings to maintain the partners focus, partner customer meeting
support, specific collateral, internal training, webinars, events, user groups,
videos etc are some of the activities we anticipate being deploying.
New Partner on-boarding – Part 1 (TDH
Assessments and deliverables)
Each
new partner is taken through our TDH Transform Programme, successful delivery
of this will be overseen by Partner Enablement Manager. A review of the current
on-boarding process should be completed and then industrialised to ensure the
roles and responsibilities are fully understood by all team members.
Implementation of controls to ensure smooth delivery is key.
Working
with the TDH and Partner marketing teams to create and advise on a project plan

Programme)

Existing and New Partner Account Management
A formal process and
set of activities will need to be defined to create an efficient scalable
process that can be deployed as new Partner Enablement team members join.
Creation of this process will be the responsibility of the Partner Enablement
Manager.
It is critical that
included into this process is a formal feedback loop is created for the TDH
research and marketing teams to ensure TDH we continue to provide the best and relevant
services to our partners, ensuring their success.
