What you will do:

• Customize/develop digital transformation projects
• Test,deploy and manage applications, dashboards and workflows for HR, Finance and Sales
• Using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerBI) Dynamics365 XRM, CSP Synergy, etc.
• Support, maintain and improve existing business systems
• Understand and prepare documentation ofbusiness analysis
• Database programming and design

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field,
• Experience with Transact-SQL Programming,
• Through understanding of database transactions,
• Basic understanding of Business Process Design tools and principles,
• Basic understanding of Business Systems (CRM, BPM, F&Aetc) knowledge,
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Low Code Technologies like PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow, Dataverse) knowledge,
• Basic understanding of software project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Source Code Management),
• Dynamic, strong communication, open to development and detail oriented,
• Think analytically and to be able to follow the technical documents,
• Good verbal and written skills in English

Good to have:

• CSP Synergy and / or eBA (Bimser) knowledge,
  
• Business Process knowledge ( HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing etc...),
  
• Experience in software development with C # at .NET Framework,
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in object oriented analysis and design processes
