The position in a nutshell
 Are you a vibrant, detail-oriented individual with a passion for organizing remarkable events? We are on the lookout for an Event Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & Corporate Communications team. Dive into the tech world and make a meaningful impact by bringing our brand to life through engaging events!
As an Event Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in brainstorming, planning, and executing outstanding internal and external events. Your commitment will be crucial in fostering connections, ensuring brand consistency, and creating unforgettable experiences for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilites:


  • Collaborating closely with HR and other teams to design and execute compelling internal and external events.
  • Developing communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, presentation materials, announcements, etc.) to articulate key messages.
  • Monitoring and identifying both local and global industry events to determine the most suitable opportunities for our services and products.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with university associations and student clubs to pinpoint the best event prospects for the company.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and messaging clarity across all event-related materials and communications.
  • Pursuing and finalizing sponsorship agreements.
  • Monitoring event budgets and handle invoicing, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Fostering strong relationships with vendors and negotiate for best value and quality.
  • Overseeing every logistical detail, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Designing and administering post-event surveys to gather valuable insights and refine future events.
  • Compiling detailed reports post-event, highlighting key insights, feedback, and areas for growth.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in event marketing or management, preferably in a B2B tech environment.
  • Possesses an extroverted personality, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and ease in networking and building relationships.
  • Exceptional communication with excellent English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with e-mail automation platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with similar companies or organizational agencies is preferred.
