Executing digital marketing operations: Campaign setup, budget and bid optimization, audience and creative strategy (SEM, Social Media Ads, App Install, Retargeting etc.)
Monitoring and optimizing campaigns on a daily basis to meet company goals
Creating and testing ad copy variations for best results
Identifying threats and opportunities within competitors and overall digital space
Analyzing web (GA4) & app (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase) performance data to monitor campaign performance
Creating reports on marketing channels regularly
Maintaining communication with 3rd party marketing tools & advertising partners

We need a strategic team player who won’t hesitate to roll up their sleeves to get results. We know that sounds ambitious, therefore the minimum requirements to handle the challenge are as follows:
You have 1-2 year experience in digital marketing or you are a fresh grad (Industrial Engineering/Management Engineering will be preferred)
You have preferably knowledge about Excel, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4 and Adjust
You’re fluent in written and oral English
You’re passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn new technologies
You’re a deadline oriented, fast-paced producer
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
