Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
• Lead HR initiatives and projects, such as workforce planning and diversity programs.
• Coach and mentor managers on HR best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of HR best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage HR projects and initiatives.
• HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Workday) preferred.
