ABOUT THE TEAMThe Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in a related fields,
- At least 5 years’ indirect procurement experience,
- Experienced in Software and Hardware purchases and knowledge of the markets,
- Experienced in telecommunication, GSM, Internet circuit and printing services,
- Involved in purchasing fixtures and consumables before,
- Responsible for procured services (food, cleaning, security, personnel transportation),
- Good knowledge of the market research and price comparison,
- Knowledgeable about supplier relations and process management,
- Active user of MS Office programs,
- Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills,
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills,
- Good coordination skills with all level of organization,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- In accordance with our purchasing strategy, managing purchase orders, opening purchase orders on time, following up with suppliers regularly,
- Following the purchasing market on the basis of the products followed and making relevant analyses,
- Negotiating and concluding price, payment and shipment issues with suppliers,
- To cooperate and communicate with relevant category departments about the status of purchasing processes (price, deadline, etc.),
- To make necessary analyzes on issues such as suppliers' service levels, stock value of their products, etc.,
- Making relevant reports regarding business processes.
