Finding solutions to climate change is the priority of the 21st century, and means switching to low-carbon energy. At Assystem, our mission is to accelerate the energy transition worldwide. To achieve this, our 7,500 Switchers combine their historical engineering expertise and project management with digital technologies.



In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.



Assystem Türkiye, is renowned for working with the public and private sectors. Specializing in ESIA studies, site investigations, and laboratory research, the company offers vital site supervision owners and lenders engineering services. Notably, Assystem Türkiye plays a pivotal role in major projects like power generation, and the construction of the Akkuyu nuclear power plant.





Job Description
  • Provide end-user support for all applications and IT services used.
  • Handle requests coming to the IT department and provide solutions. Collaborate with the global IT team when necessary to contribute to problem resolution.
  • Evaluate problems and complaints from users to generate necessary solutions.
  • Track all IT inventory, ensuring the proper delivery or retrieval of equipment to users according to procedures.


My profile
  • Graduate of relevant university or vocational school programs.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Operating Systems and Office applications.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, Switch, Cabling, Wireless Networks, etc.
  • Ability to provide remote or on-site support in the event of hardware failure of IT equipment (PCs, Laptops, Printers, Mobile Devices, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of LOGO accounting software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of network systems and hardware support.
  • Ability to think analytically and produce practical solutions to problems.
  • Keen on following new technologies, open to continuous learning, research-oriented, constantly improving professional knowledge and skills
  • At least B2 level proficiency in English.
