Responsible for establishing strong relationship with clubs and stores and teamsport customers, understanding their business needs, driving growth and Brand visibility.
Execute all operational activities with the partner club/federation/customers, once the sponsorship deal is initiated.
Handle all brand related commercial operations of the partner clubs/federations/ customers.
Daily relationship management with the partners (club, federation or customers) including but not limited to: payment follow up, returns, product shipments, adhoc requests, etc.
Conducting special initiatives related to team sports.
Ensuring the order management and logistic operations are implemented efficiently, by coordinating the partners and internal stakeholders; taking preventive actions for smooth operations.
Working inventively to brainstorm new thoughts in the market to progress the brand forward while maintaining the various attributes of products.
Monitoring and reporting on competitor campaigns/activities.
Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Travel throughout the territory executing the PUMA Soccer Brand strategy with specific focus on Team uniform business.
Develop a retention plan for existing Club and Team partnerships.
Provide Sales tracking and consistent sales updates.
Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, processes and practices.
YOUR TALENT
University Degree in related fields,
At least 3 years of experience in performance sports,
Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken,
Excellent command of MS Office applications,
SAP knowledge is a plus,
Extensive sport style industry knowledge,
Good understanding of sport style consumers,
Proactive; ability to make decisions without significant management oversight,
Results driven, strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills,
