Overview [Business/Role Specific Description]

Expected to raise and complete KYC requests from a maker perspective as per global & local MASAK requirements. Inputs will be done in global & local system and risk calculation will be done in these systems. Also all documents need to controlled that requirements are covered as per the KYC policies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Checking the validity of the documents required for account opening,
• Performing KYC as per global DB group KYC rules and also as per local MASAK requirements,
• Inputting client static data into global and local application,
• Performing offboarding of clients in global and local applications including account closures,
• Evaluate FATCA/CRS forms and assign a specific FATCA/CRS status.

Your Skills and Experience:

• University or postgraduate study in Business, Economics or Finance,
• 0-2 years of experience with know your customer,
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English,
• Analytical thinking and problem solving ability,
• Ability to show patience regarding customer transactions and documents.
