ABOUT THE TEAM
If you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Raise awareness and maintain the culture of continuous improvement
• Providing solutions and development plans according to operation and business needs
• Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports
• Managing process development projects with Operations and other related teams
• Perfecting operational processes by owning it end-to-end from design to implementation
• Working as part of a data-oriented and multifunctional team

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background
• Minimum 2-3 year of experience in business and operations development, project management (E-commerce logistics experience is a plus)
• Excellent level of written and spoken English
• Being comfortable with working at warehouse
• Supporting process development projects with operations
• Passionate to work with multiple departments (e.g. tech, ops, finance, delivery, customer exp)
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, with strong cross-team coordination skills
• Strong sense of analytical thinking, result-oriented and eager to learn
• Excel and SQL know how is a plus
