YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Design HR process journeys both for Trendyol teams and HR professionals by using an end-to-end process approach with lean principles, digitalization, and employee experience focus,
  • Product ownership of organizational development projects by leveraging the end-to-end OD processes and systems (performance management, rotation, 360-degree feedback, employee experience and engagement, career framework, succession planning, talent management, skill and competency structure, culture empowerment, future of work, digital preboarding and onboarding journey, strategic workforce planning),
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for OD processes and execute them,
  • Developing a data-driven framework, obtaining data from different sources, and analyzing information to develop reliable facts and reports,
  • Preparing results to communicate analysis and findings, creating impactful insights, suggestions, and iterations,
  • Research best practices and trends and perform deep analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of OD processes and provide creative solutions (benchmarks, industry trends, and strategic analysis),
  • Coordinating & planning internal workshops, webinars, and meetings to adopt OD processes within the organization and implement change management plans,
  • Working closely with both business and HR teams to foster cross-functional projects.

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR


  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree,
  • Good command of MS Office Excel and G-suite (advanced in Excel is a plus),
  • At least 4 years of HR experience preferably in Organizational Development (or a similar role) or a consultancy background,
  • Analytical mindset, result-oriented, strong planning and organization skills, and data-driven approach,
  • -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different stakeholders of the projects and deliver fast, business-focused output of excellent quality,
  • Self-motivated and passionate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
