How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will manage the quality assurance processes during the production and delivery stages, assume the role of document controller of company and manage the document management portal, coordinate the customer complaints evaluation process and manage the content of the digital solutions offered by the department (Smartphone application, HSEQ bulletin, etc.)
  • Reporting directly to the HSEQ Director


  • Working closely with all AL Türkiye process owners to ensure that quality assurance requirements are met on documentation and application basis.


  • Facilitating quality-related studies, including customer complaints, and guide employees in these efforts.


  • While managing the online document portal, ensure that the documents are up-to-date, ensure that relevant updates are made if necessary, and assist in publication of new documents.


  • Ensuring the operation of the business continuity plan when necessary, planning the necessary actions for this and organizing Business Continuity Plan drills.


  • As the content producer of the HSE on Air smartphone application, you will be ensuring the effective usage of the application by Air Liquide Türkiye employees.


  • Researching new digital ideas and projecting them when accepted.


  • Taking role in international working groups and sharing communities related to the subjects you will be working on.

  • University degree preferably in Engineering


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance and/or management systems


  • Likes to follow digital ideas and developments


  • Strong versatile communication skills


  • Strong project management and facilitation skills


  • Strong social skills


  • Fluent in English
