Sales Operations Research Analyst

Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. As a RESEARCH ANALYST, you will work closely with the sales team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about building and improving products with a high impact on patients, who will join a growing team in developing the products that enable providers to provide high-quality services to their patients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team in their research needs
• Perform research whenever needed, identify and collect data from relevant data sources
• Communicate results effectively through visuals and spreadsheets
• Contribute to developing templates and other tools to enable the capture, manipulation, and transfer of data to relevant teams in the organization

Qualifications / Desired Skills

• Competency in computer skills
• Creative, driven and can navigate through ambiguity and a desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Self-starter and a Doer who can work well with individuals at all levels.
• A naturally curious person who is open to new approaches/ ideas and eager to learn and stretch his/her boundaries
• Perfect English skills; both written and oral
• Residing in Istanbul
