Responsibilities


·Support payroll activities and reporting to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely in liaison with the provider (+/- 150 employees).


·Be responsible for all payroll processes, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes etc, including updates to employee files (+/- 150 employees), 


·Responsible and support for recruitment (blue and white collar) and employer branding activities,


·Handle and maintain all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance, 


·Contribute to HR projects,


·Responsible to follow and apply in the organization about the legal developments & laws in HR subjects. Participate in the development of relevant HR rules and regulations in the organization,


·Participate on continuous improvement actions & KPI’s,


·Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience, especially coordination about the training subjects,


·Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance,


·Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters,


·Care and take actions about the employee satisfaction activities and to listen the problems or aid needs of the employees and offer the solutions.


Candidate Profile & Requirements


·Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field.


·6 years of experience as HR Generalist / Payroll officer.


·Very good knowledge of Turkey (Izmir free trade zone) labor law, social security and tax aspects,


·Positive, proactive, action oriented,


·Good communication and a high sense of confidentiality,


·Strategic thinker who also has a strong attention to detail,


·Fluent in English and Turkish,


·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness and problem solver approach,


·Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
