Position at EssenceMediacom EssenceMediacom – Turkey Cluster Media Lead for The Coca-Cola Company Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced leader to steer a dynamic team of over 30 professionals towards industry-leading media planning and execution excellence. This role entails responsibility for orchestrating a comprehensive suite of media capabilities while ensuring a robust integration within the diverse ecosystem of WPP (StudioX) agencies. Reporting directly to the Eurasia Middle-East Media Lead, the successful candidate will be the principal architect in crafting and delivering high-impact media solutions that drive business growth within the Turkey Cluster. Key Responsibilities
Head the Turkey Cluster’s media strategy, driving business-building initiatives with innovative and breakthrough media planning, capturing the essence of The Coca-Cola Company’s brand narrative.
Manage end-to-end media strategy formulation inclusive of integrated media planning, investment, and influencer marketing strategies.
Foster a harmonious integration and collaboration between media capabilities, as well as StudioX functions, including creative, production, social media, and data analytics.
Develop media solutions that resonate with the business trajectory and audience needs, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategic imperatives, and enabling creatively viable solutions.
Deliver operational mastery across media campaigns, reinforcing the absolute achievement of key performance indicators and overall excellence in execution.
Engage collaboratively with fellow Cluster Leads within the Eurasia Middle-East region to harness a culture of shared insights, set regional benchmarks, and standardize media operational practices to drive business results.
Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from local to global teams across The Coca-Cola Company, Eurasia Middle-East, and WPP, to facilitate the swapping and reapplication of best practices and innovative projects.

Requirements
A minimum of 15 years of media industry experience with a marked track record of leading client and team satisfaction.
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the media landscape, particularly in Digital & Data analysis to develop insightful and actionable media strategies.
A nuanced understanding of broader brand and business performance metrics, translating them into impactful strategic decisions.
A definite media agency background is requisite, while advertiser-side experience will be viewed favorably.
Prior exposure to working with multinational corporations is essential, and experience overseeing multiple markets is highly desirable.
Uncompromising proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is critical for this role.
