Your Main Responsibilities


  • Managing operational transactions of bank accounts and relationships with the banks and financial institutions,
  • Managing all treasury operations and solving problems encountered in daily operations and fx transactions for both Trendyol.com and its subsidiaries,
  • Properly preparation and documentation of a daily operational transaction,
  • Participating in digital payment system deployment & payment excellence projects,
  • Execution of loan processes and negotiating with the banks for cost reductions,
  • Execute payments (suppliers, tax, employees, etc.) accurately and on time,
  • Ensure the compliance of treasury operations in-line with company policies,
  • Review loan documents and all agreements with banks,
  • Closely monitoring financial markets,
  • Controlling and managing virtual pos collections and costs in a continuously
  • Monitoring daily bank balances and preparing that all accounts are in line with operational needs
  • Monitoring and reporting short-term export receivable insurance in line with export receivables
  • Working actively with local and global bank treasury operations desks (corporate branches) in order to manage Trendyol FX operations and bank relations.

Qualities We Are Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance or relevant field,
  • Min. 4 years of previous treasury experience,
  • Experience at banks/ companies and operations is preferred,
  • Fluent in English (written and speaking),
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills including expertise in MS Excel.
  • Determined, achievement and result oriented personality with high energy level,
  • Excellent communication skills in order to interact with Finance and other key stakeholders and teams throughout the business (including not only Banks but also all type of financial institutions),
  • Strong customer service and communication skills,
  • Knowledge of digital cash management & international payment systems is a plus,
  • Strong understanding of financial markets (global and local market updates/ratio analysis, fixed income market, currency market, etc.),
  • SAP knowledge will be an asset.
