Your Main Responsibilities

• End-to-end follow up of the projects with all steps
• Cooperation with the technology and business units in all projects
• To have a good knowledge of different project management methods (waterfall, agile, scrum, kanban, etc...)
• Managing the scope and requirements for all stakeholders
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Controls and actively influences the execution of the forecasted schedule
• End-to-end follow up of the projects with documentation and prioritizing according to impact

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 3 years of experience of process development, project management (E-commerce logistics experience is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Passionate to work with multiple departments e.g. tech, finance, HR, customer experienceCritical thinker, data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• An experienced planner, with strong cross-team coordination and multitasking skills
• Open to direct feedback culture, prone to constant learning, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
