ABOUT THE TEAMTrendyol Go, the local commerce arm of Trendyol Group, works to meet all the daily needs of our users and brings local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users together. We make seamless connections in real time and we are able to expand our offer to include food and fresh groceries thanks to our on-demand solution. We are delighted to strengthen local commerce with Trendyol's operational excellence by bringing marketplace solutions backed by our last mile delivery network.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize data-driven decision making to identify growth and upsell opportunities and improve the performance of our growth efforts,
- Prioritize initiatives based on the highest potential impact, scale the account management function,
- Help design process, structure, and tools to effectively grow account management,
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to design user app and seller panels,
- Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plans and develop alternative strategies when needed,
- Be your accounts' e-commerce consultant to grow them in a dynamic on-demand delivery domain,
- Build and grow your own partner business development team.
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Business, Economics and other quantitative studies,
- Minimum 7 years of sales and account management experience in e-commerce, startup, FMCG or related digital/media services sectors,
- Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, team player, high sense of responsibility,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
- Previous experience in building and managing teams,
- Fluent in English.
