Working closely with our leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to architect and create a game that redefines the standards of the 4X genre.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a new 4X game from pre-production through to release, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to define the creative direction, gameplay mechanics, and feature set of the game.
• Build and manage a high-performing team creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of game systems, mechanics, and content, continually iterating and refining based on player feedback and market trends.
• Champion the game within the company and to external partners, effectively communicating its vision, progress, and key milestones.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and enhance the game's competitive positioning.
• Possess a deep understanding of economic systems within 4X games and the ability to configure and balance in-game economies to ensure engaging gameplay experiences.
