ob Description:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of the hotel's budgets. Provide insights into budget variances and suggest corrective actions as needed.
Generate financial reports, statements, and forecasts for management review. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of tax returns. Coordinate with external auditors during tax audits and financial inspections.
Analyze expenses and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures. Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency without compromising service quality.
