Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading contracting company based in the UAE who are looking to hire an Architectural Engineer to oversee architectural design coordination, technical reviews, site execution, and compliance activities for construction projects across the UAE
Responsibilities
-Review architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittal.
-Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve design and technical issues.
-Supervise architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
-Monitor project progress and provide technical support to construction teams.
-Conduct site inspections, snagging, and quality checks to ensure project requirements are met.
-Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and safety standards.
-Support procurement activities through technical evaluation and approval of architectural materials.
-Prepare technical reports, documentation, and as-built records.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
5–10 years of experience with construction contracting companies.
Strong experience in site execution, design coordination, and architectural engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office.
Good knowledge of UAE building codes, construction practices, and authority requirements.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Mixed use project experience preferred.
