Associate Director of Sales Luxury Consortia

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Associate Director of Sales Luxury Consortia is responsible to assist in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.

• Experience in managing luxury consortia is a must at the local and international levels (e.g. Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts, Virtuoso, Serandipians by Traveller Made, Internova, Hyatt Prive, etc.).
• Knowledge of luxury and ultra-luxury hotels market in Dubai and in the UAE is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a luxury hotel in Dubai or in the UAE is preferred.
• EU/UK/USA candidates are preferred due to the international travel requirements.
