Job Description:

  • Conduct in-depth market research specific to the Dubai real estate market, including trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
  • Analyze Dubai real estate market data, considering demographics, pricing trends (freehold vs. leasehold), vacancy rates, and absorption rates in specific districts.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the feasibility of potential real estate investments within Dubai, considering factors like off-plan vs. completed properties and leveraging data from the company's ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings and recommendations to the CEO and other stakeholders, highlighting Dubai-specific considerations.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure effective integration of real estate data with the company's ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).

About the Client:

A leading real estate development company for residential and commercial properties across UAE.

 

Qualifications:

  • Open to Indian nationality
  • 35 years old and below
  • Must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with experience in the Dubai real estate market preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets specific to Dubai real estate.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Excellent financial modelling skills with experience using Excel or other financial modelling software.
