CEO AND CFO

We are a fast-growing AI tech startup based in Dubai, focusing on artificial intelligence, digital advertising and global media promotion. Our company leverages AI technology to empower brand marketing, content distribution and digital media operations, delivering innovative and efficient media promotion solutions for clients worldwide. As our business expands rapidly, we are seeking experienced international management talents to join our team and jointly build a globally competitive AI technology enterprise.

We have two openings: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role follows an Authorized Management Arrangement. No daily on-site office attendance is required. You will perform assigned corporate management duties as agreed, provide support on corporate governance, business decisions and key operations. You can handle daily work remotely with flexible schedules, and join online meetings or critical business communications as needed.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Monthly Salary: AED 25,000 – 35,000 (negotiable based on experience) Key responsibilities:

• Develop overall corporate strategy and oversee full business operations
• Formulate and execute business development plans, market expansion and brand building strategies
• Lead business partnerships, fundraising and resource integration
• Lead the team to achieve the company’s long-term development goals
• Represent the company to handle operational and administrative matters under authorized scope

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Monthly Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 (negotiable based on experience) Key responsibilities:

• Oversee overall financial planning and capital management of the company
• Establish financial policies and internal control systems
• Manage cash flow, budgeting and financial analysis
• Support fundraising, investor relations and financial compliance work
• Provide professional financial insights to support corporate decision-making

Working hours: Flexible remote arrangement under Authorized Management Arrangement.
