Position: Chief of Staff (Global Construction Company)

As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive leadership team and driving strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic support to the Senior Team and executive leadership team in executing key business objectives and initiatives.
  
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Team, offering insights, recommendations, and solutions to drive organisational effectiveness and growth.
  
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  
• Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise operational efficiency.
  
• Act as a liaison between executive leadership and various departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
  
• Drive organisational alignment and accountability by establishing and monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  
• Represent the company at external events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance visibility and reputation.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  Proven experience 10+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the construction or engineering industry.
  Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and lead transformational initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
